These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from ERX OÜ’s (hereinafter “we”, “us”) online store at kraitofficial.com.

All prices displayed in our online store are in euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT) where applicable according to Estonian legislation.

We reserve the right to change prices and products without prior notice. The order price is confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

All products are described as accurately as possible, but slight variations in packaging or color may occur that do not affect product characteristics.

3. Order Processing

To place an order:

Select desired products and add them to the shopping cart
Review the shopping cart contents
Enter delivery information
Select delivery method
Choose payment method (Montonio payment processing)
Confirm the order

After order confirmation, we will send you an order confirmation by email. The order is considered accepted after payment confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Montonio. All payment transactions are encrypted and secure. We do not store or process your payment information directly – it is processed by our payment partner Montonio according to their privacy policy.

The order will be fulfilled after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

Delivery methods and delivery times:

Estonia: 2-5 business days
European Union: 5-14 business days
International: 10-30 business days (depending on destination country)

Delivery costs are calculated during order placement and depend on the selected delivery method and destination country.

The order will be shipped after payment confirmation. We will notify you when shipping begins and provide a tracking code when available.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund (14-Day Right)

According to European Union legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

6.1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period begins:

If you ordered one or more products: on the day you receive the last product
If you ordered a product consisting of multiple items or components: on the day you receive the last item or component

6.2. Return Conditions

Products must be returned:

In unchanged condition (except for reasonable inspection)
In original packaging, if possible
With all accessories and instructions
Without damage

We have the right to reduce the refund if the product has suffered damage resulting from unsatisfactory handling of the product.

6.3. Withdrawal Notification

6.4. Refund

Refund will be made to the same payment method used for the order, within 14 days after receiving the returned product or after receiving proof of product return.

The refund amount includes the original price, excluding:

Delivery costs (if you did not use the cheapest option)
Costs resulting directly from the return

7. Warranty and Defects

All our products have a warranty according to Estonian legislation. If the product is defective or does not match the description, you have the right to:

Request repair of the defective product
Request replacement of the defective product
Request price reduction
Cancel the purchase and request a refund

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. All disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement. If an agreement is not possible, disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts.

According to European Union legislation, you have the right to use alternative dispute resolution methods (ODR platform).
