Our online store kraitofficial.com offers delivery in Estonia, the European Union, and internationally.
1. Delivery Areas
1.1. Estonia
We deliver throughout Estonia. Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days.
1.2. European Union
We deliver to all European Union member states. Delivery time is usually 5-14 business days, depending on the destination country.
1.3. International Shipping
We also ship outside the European Union. Delivery time is 10-30 business days, depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Note: Some countries may require customs duties or VAT, which are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Shipping Methods
We use the following shipping partners:
- Estonian Post: within Estonia and internationally
- Courier Services: faster delivery in Estonia and some EU countries
- Other Shipping Services: depending on the order location
The shipping method is selected during order placement. All shipping methods are secure and provide tracking capabilities.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are approximate and calculated in business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays):

Shipping costs within Estonia are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: from €4.99
- Express Shipping: from €9.99 (1-2 business days)
4.2. European Union
Shipping costs to EU countries:
- Finland, Latvia, Lithuania: from €9.99
- Other EU: from €14.99
4.3. International
International shipping costs are calculated individually during order placement, depending on the destination country and package weight.
Exact shipping costs are displayed during order placement before payment.
5. Tracking
After shipping your order, we will send you an email with a tracking code. Using the tracking code, you can track your order’s progress on the shipping partner’s website.

6. Delivery Address
Please carefully check the delivery address before confirming your order. If the address is incorrect, it may delay delivery or cause additional costs.
You can change the delivery address during order placement or by contacting us immediately after order confirmation (if the order has not yet been shipped).
7. Delivery Problems

If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. Most delays are related to:

7.2. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping:

8. Delivery Confirmation
